My passion for serving others began at fourteen, during my very first job, and it has shaped every chapter of my life since. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to supporting some of the most vulnerable populations — seniors, individuals with disabilities, adults facing homelessness, women rebuilding their lives, troubled and incarcerated youth, and those battling addiction.

Throughout my career, I have held progressively advanced roles across behavioral health, residential services, case management, program coordination, and community-based support, giving me a comprehensive understanding of both people and the systems designed to serve them. I have led teams, supported crisis situations, managed care plans, coordinated residential environments, and guided individuals through some of the most challenging transitions of their lives.

These experiences didn’t just prepare me — they strengthened my purpose. They deepened my compassion. They shaped my vision. And ultimately, they made it clear that it was time to step forward and build something of my own… something rooted in dignity, structure, and genuine human care.
